PERSONAL TIME MANIPULATION: I have the ability to alter or change time only relative to myself. So, I cannot use the Speed Force like the flashes. In this "power", apparently, I can rival the speeds of my friend Wally(the fastest flash), usually "faster:" than Wally's speed.
SUPERHUMAN SPEED:I can run faster than any average human and even the finest human athletes. I can also hit any opponent many times in less than a second. I am even faster than my friend Wally West.To Wally, I am still a blur.
INTANGIBILITY: Since I can travel further into time where things have been depleted or destroyed and return to a place in front of it, I can become intangible and pass through speedsters like Bart and any object.
SHOCK WAVES: I also possess the ability to create extremely powerful sonic booms and shock waves just by snapping my fingers.
WEAKNESSES:
POWER LIMITATION: At a point in my lifetime, I couldn't vibrate any of my molecules enough to phase through any solid matter. When this happened, the flash was able to gain distant on me because I would have to go around physical blockades.
